Mattingly is the Social Media Marketing Intern at Directive, bringing a Gen Z lens to B2B marketing. With a passion for transforming brands into personalities, she specializes in social content strategy, creator-style video ideation, and community-driven engagement for clients. As a Marketing Management major at Syracuse University’s Whitman School of Management, Mattingly blends academic insights with real world experience, having collaborated with over 100 lifestyle, beauty, and tech brands through content partnerships and ambassador roles and interning at People Inc (Dotdash meredith) last summer.At Directive, she contributes to all social campaigns, and supports content ideation for LinkedIn, TikTok, and Instagram. She helps showcase the company culture through storytelling and strategic positioning. She has a talent for turning everyday moments into scroll-stopping content and helping brands connect authentically with their audiences.Outside of work, Mattingly loves creating TikToks, exploring new resrtaunts and traveling with friends, and spending time with her rescue pitbull, King.
