It all began in 92\u2019. Though curious since birth, Max Serrato found his passion in marketing at Cal State University \u2013 Fullerton, and was driven to find new ways to reach the right audience, with the right message, at the right time. After getting experience in the digital world running an E-commerce business and dipping his toes in marketing at an ad agency in the foodservice industry, he began his work at Directive in 2018. There, he works hard to discover creative, out-of-the-box strategies to increase lead volume and slash CPA, overall exceeding client goals.
