For over 8 years, Kelsey has found success in staffing and talent acquisition across Digital Marketing, Creative Services, and eCommerce. She prides herself on providing a great candidate experience; building relationships and truly finding the right fit not only for Directive but her candidates as well. Her passion for spreading joy and happiness traces back to her degree in Baking and Pastry Arts in NY, where she used to delight others with her cake, cupcake, and cookie decorating.
