At Directive, he enjoys connecting the dots across teams, uncovering opportunities, and helping clients connect marketing performance to meaningful business outcomes.<\/p>\n

Known for asking thoughtful questions, connecting the dots, and turning complexity into clarity, Derek believes the best client partnerships are built on trust, curiosity, and a shared commitment to continuous improvement.<\/p>\n

Based in Morgantown, West Virginia, Derek brings that same curiosity to life outside of work through mountain biking, creating artwork, discovering great music, traveling to new places, and spending as much time outdoors as possible with his wife and their chocolate Lab, Leroy Brown.
