*Referral incentives are based on the initial contract value and exclude subsequent upsells or cross-sells. The full 2% (up to $5,000) is earned if the referred company remains an active client for 12 months; payouts are prorated if their engagement ends earlier. Payment is contingent upon receipt of funds and issued semiannually on January 31 and July 31.
