As Senior Information Technology Manager, Marcus brings 29 years of IT experience to Directive, spanning infrastructure, security, and systems automation. Having scaled IT operations through high-growth phases and M&A, Marcus understands the importance of building resilient, scaleable systems that empower teams to do their best work. He’s passionate about aligning technology with business goals — not just keeping the lights on, but making them brighter. When not focused on our systems, Marcus can be found trekking the Sangre de Cristo Mountains in his hometown of Crestone, Colorado with his Belgian Malinois “Chief”.
