Paulina Fernandez

Paulina is the VP of Operations for LATAM at Directive. She has had a disruptive career working in different global advertising agencies for more than 15 years, managing and building teams for different types of clients, business models, and regions. She considers herself a mentor and coach. Her passion is to inspire and motivate her teams to become the very best versions of themselves. Her mantras are teamwork, innovation, processes, and strategic thinking. She lives in Mexico City with her daughter and two dogs. She is a Certificated Pilates teacher and believes in the power of energy and intention. She lives in the present and tries to make every day count. One of her dreams is to write a book about her life.
