With a background in building and maturing revenue operations functions, she has worked across forecasting, systems architecture, compensation design, and cross-functional process transformation in high-growth environments. Katelyn is focused on creating alignment between data, systems, and teams to enable stronger decision-making and more predictable revenue outcomes. When not focused on RevOps strategy and operations, she can be found spending time with her family and kids, taking on home and garden projects, or enjoying life in Edmonton, Alberta.
