As our Head of People Operations, Carrie Muehlemann brings 20+ years of talent acquisition, learning and development and employee engagement experience to Directive. Having worked in advertising, marketing, staffing and financial services, Carrie understands the importance of having a high level of trust and strong partnerships with our internal teams as well as our clients.
Carrie prides herself on building strong cultures that are diverse, equitable and engaging for employees. When not focused on our people, Carrie can be seen at sporting events with her husband and two teenagers or running road races in her hometown of St. Louis, Missouri, and sometimes even across the globe.
