Health Insurance
Two full employer-covered insurance premiums at no monthly cost to the employee. We also offer two additional tiers of PPO plans as a buy-up for increased coverage and multiple premiums to cover dependents.
Dental and Vision
Your dental plan covers up to $1,500/year in eligible services plus preventative care, with Directive covering 100% of the premium. For vision, Directive covers 80% of the premium of Guardian Vision Premier 180 plan.
401k and Life Insurance
We match your traditional or Roth IRA 1:1 up to 3% with no vesting period. You’ll also be covered by Guardian’s $50,000 Basic Life [CA-CS] Insurance, with the option to purchase additional life insurance through Ladder.
Unlimited PTO
Enjoy unlimited PTO with a required minimum of 2 weeks per year, plus your birthday guaranteed off. You’ll also never work over Christmas, with our offices closed Dec 24 – Jan 1 for our End of Year Recharge.

Bonuses
We offer an annual Christmas Bonus to all of our full-time employees who have worked at Directive for at least 1 year. Additionally, if you refer an employee you will receive $1k on their first day and another $1k on their 90th day.
