At his core, Sean is a builder and collaborator with a proven track record of stewarding the financial health and growth of leading global organizations. He oversees all aspects of Directive’s Accounting, Finance, Legal, Risk, Corp Dev, and Treasury functions, always with an eye toward long-term financial health and sustainable growth.
Sean’s educational background of dual BBAs in Finance and Marketing from Texas A&M University is a perfect fit for where he is today. He began his career as a Financial Analyst for a global leader in aerospace and defense technology before pivoting to a successful financial leadership with a hyper-growth technology startup where he was the third employee. After work, he enjoys mixed martial arts and has been training in Brazilian jiu-jitsu, boxing, and Muay Thai since 2017.
