Josh Springer

At the head of the Corporate Development team, Josh leads the acquisition and investment strategy arm of Directive as Managing Director of M&A. Previously, he served five years as Head of Corporate Development at Hawke Media, where he built the firm’s internal M&A engine, sourcing and executing 18 acquisitions. Earlier in his career, he managed deals for mid-market private equity funds and strategic investors at a boutique M&A advisory firm in Los Angeles. Now based in New York City, Josh continues to scale businesses through strategic acquisitions and capital partnerships.
