Onboarding at Directive is more than a welcome. It’s a hands-on, structured multi-week experience designed to help you build real confidence before you ever work with a client. Whether you’re joining Paid Media, Content Marketing & SEO, Revenue Operations, CRO, Startups, or an internal department, you’ll leave onboarding knowing exactly how to deliver great work and why it matters.
Learn by Doing, Not Just Watching
In your first few weeks, you’ll complete mock assignments that reflect real client work. These aren’t theoretical exercises. They’re designed to help you develop practical skills in a safe, learning environment. You’ll read, execute, and present your work to team leads who offer helpful, direct feedback. Each mock builds on the last, leading up to a final presentation that signals you’re ready for the real thing. By the end, you won’t just be trained – you’ll be prepared.
Real Support from Day One
You’ll have a lead trainer guiding your progress and attending every mock. A shadow buddy helping you get early exposure to real work, and Subject Matter Experts available for one-on-one coaching along the way. Your manager also stays closely involved throughout, and you’ll check in regularly through a shared channel that keeps communication simple and support close at hand.
