Sean Baker

Sean Baker is the Chief Revenue Officer of Directive Consulting, a performance marketing agency for B2B technology and enterprise brands. With more than 24 years of experience spanning the full arc of digital marketing’s evolution, Baker brings a rare combination of legal acumen, creative strategy, and revenue leadership to one of the most respected independent agencies in the industry.

Baker began his career in litigation before pivoting to advertising in 2000, when he joined Rapp Collins Worldwide, an Omnicom company. Over the following decade-plus, he built deep expertise across direct marketing, data-driven strategy, and client development at some of the world’s largest holding companies — culminating in his selection for Omnicom’s elite Senior Management Program, a three-year executive leadership curriculum hosted at Babson College and taught by Harvard Business School faculty, bringing together senior leaders from across Omnicom’s global network. In 2013, he transitioned to the independent agency world, where he has dedicated himself to building world-class revenue operations for performance-driven organizations.

Baker holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and Biology with a minor in Art, and a Juris Doctor from Oklahoma City University School of Law. Outside of work, Sean can be found spending time with family, fishing the waters of South Florida or at the gym. He is based in Boca Raton, Florida.
