Joining as CFO of Directive, Erica is a seasoned Finance leader with deep roots in the Marketing industry. Known for challenging the status quo, she drives sustainable growth and operational excellence through forward-thinking strategies in FP&A, business strategy, legal and risk management, and operations.
Erica excels at uncovering and realizing untapped value across teams. In her prior role leading the Finance function at 3Q/DEPT, Erica was instrumental in scaling the company’s revenue from 8 to 9 figures, driving increased profitability and shareholder value, and overseeing both buy- and sell-side M&A integrations. She also introduced several business operations initiatives that unlocked efficiencies or were aimed at overall portfolio health, with one initiative resulting in a 40% decrease in client attrition metrics. During her tenure, she served as interim CEO for one of DEPT’s acquisitions highlighting her strategic vision and focus on impactful, value creation through efficiency and innovation.
