After starting his career in capital markets, Stefan transitioned to Talent Acquisition where he built high-performing sales organizations that consistently exceeded targets. His strategic approach to territory development and partnership building led to significant successes at Rocket Mortgage and Korn Ferry, where he established key relationships with F100/F500 organizations, and gained experience working with private equity and venture capital firms.
Stefan now leads Directive’s Investor Relations initiatives, leveraging his multifaceted background to expand Directive’s Customer Generation methodology across the private markets landscape, helping portfolio companies achieve measurable growth while enhancing exit valuations.
